For full and half pigs, pricing is based on the hanging weight, which is usually between 170-200 lbs for a whole pig. If you choose to add sausages or cured/smoked meats, there will be additional costs.

  • You will be assigned a butcher date, and your pig will be ready for pick up or delivery 1-2 weeks later. We will contact you a few days in advance to arrange the pick up or delivery details.

    Our pigs are a heritage breed; they are grass and grain-fed. They don't have any corn or soy in the grain and have a forest to forage in. It's a higher quality than you would get at the grocery store.
